Doing nothing for others is the undoing of one's self.  We must be purposely kind and generous or we miss the best part of life's existence.  The heart that goes out of itself gets large and full of joy.  We do ourselves most good by doing something for others.

It seems the theame of kindness has been one that I have heard numerous times over the past week from vaious places. A few night ago I was watching Dr. Wayne Dyer on PBS and he was talking about the physical ramifications of kindness. I have been mulling his presentation over in my mind and will be posting about my thoughts soon.  What the world needs now ........ is kindness
